Malaysia: A 65-year-old woman has been brutally murdered by her business partner in Batu 23, Jalan Kuala Berang, Terengganu, Malaysia reported the Sun news.
The incident happened at 3 a.m. and involved a serial violent confrontation between the two, Malaysia local news reported.
According to Datuk Mazli Mazlan, the Terengganu Police Chief, the alleged 35-year-old business partner who is known for her Hijab clothing business had a heated argument with her partner about their business matters on their way home in Wakaf Tapai, Marang. It later happened that the alleged woman used her car to hit her business partner until she was run over into a drainage along the road.
The suspect further attacked the already injured woman in the drainage with a knife, leaving her with 15 stab wounds, according to the source She then left the victim and the Honda Jazz at the scene of the crime, boarded another passing vehicle and fled the scene.
In a police investigation, a knife alleged to have been used to attack the victim was discovered around the suspect’s home, revealing her connection to the crime.
The suspect was eventually arrested on the next day of the incident at 11 a.m. in her residence at Wakaf Tapai, the authority said.
