Citybus introduced the bonuses that skyrocketed driver's salaries up to HK$30,000 a month

Citybus has announced a special new join bonus which is up to 50 per cent increase from the former payment of HK$12,000.

Interestingly, any new Citybus bus captain could be paid up to HK$30,000 as an average monthly salary. There would also be an introduction of the time-limited Autumn Festival special “New Join Bonus” of HK$18,000 and the bus driving license bonus of HK$10,000. 

“This new recruitment arrangement is designed to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Festival and ‘Night Vibes Hong Kong’ campaign and enhance the bus captain recruitment pipeline from now until the end of October,” Citybus company announced on Tuesday.

From the 25th of September until October, any recruit is qualified for the offer after completing the interview and recruitment process.

Likewise, applicants who have a valid bus driving license will also be eligible to receive an additional bonus of HK$10,000 which is a doubled earning compared to the last package. 

In addition, any present full-time bus captain in the company can get an HK$5,000 referral bonus after a successful recommendation of new bus capital.

The resourcing manager, Marcus Fu Man-ching said the new referral bonus aims to motivate the staff to recommend relatives and friends to join the Citybus family and develop a career in the bus industry.

 城巴宣布推出特別新入職花紅，較之前的12,000港元增加高達50%。

有趣的是，城巴新任巴士車長的平均 月薪可達港幣3萬元。 並推出限時秋節特惠「新加入獎金」港幣18,000元及巴士駕駛執照獎金港幣10,000元。

城巴公司週二宣 布： “這項新的招聘安排旨在配合中秋節和‘夜韻香港’活動，並加強從即日起至十月底的巴士車長招聘渠道。”

從9月25日到10月，任何應徵者在完成面試和招募流程後都有資格獲得錄取通知。

同樣，持有有效巴士駕駛執照的申請人也將有資格額外獲得港幣10,000元獎金，較上一份獎金增加一倍。

此外，任何現任公司全職巴士車長成功推薦新巴士資本後，均可獲得港幣5,000元推薦獎金。

資源經理傅文慶表示，新的推薦獎金旨在激勵員工推薦親友加入城巴大家庭，在巴士產業發展事業。
