Officers were called to Wuhu Street at around 9am on Tuesday after the victim made a report about theft.

The man, a Hong Kong resident, met the two women on the street before being taken to a nearby building, with the man being told they would offer him massage services.

The elderly man said when they were going up the staircase, the women jumped him, with one grabbing his testicles and the other going for his necklace. He added that the two “hugged” him, and it only took them two minutes to stole the necklace.

Officers searched the area after receiving the report, and no arrest has been made yet.
