A Filipina domestic helper who accused an 85-year-old retired British doctor of molesting her has achieved an initial victory in her civil case.

The District Court judge ruled that two pornographic videos could be shown as evidence, despite the defendant's objections. The defense argued that the videos were irrelevant, but the prosecution claimed they could establish the defendant's character.
