On July 7, 2024, the Hong Kong Observation Wheel will be offering free rides to the public to celebrate the birthday of popular Cantopop star Anson Lo. This event is being organized by Anson's fan club, Little Giants (@ansonlo_giant), and his devoted followers.
Under the theme "Walking Together We Light up the Magic of Love", the Observation Wheel and the adjacent AIA Vitality Park will be decorated in Anson Lo's signature pink color scheme for the occasion. Visitors will be able to enjoy free rides on the Ferris wheel from 11am to 11pm on July 7.
In addition to the free rides, the event organizers have also arranged for the donation of nearly 4,000 Observation Wheel tickets to eight local charities. This will allow underprivileged groups like the visually impaired, youth cancer patients, and children with special needs to experience the iconic landmark with their families.
