Hong Kong actor Lee Lung Kei, 72, and his 36-year-old girlfriend Chris Wong Chinese artist are getting ready to tie the knot.
The famous actor Lee announced at ATV's 66th Anniversary that the two will move ahead to the next level at the end of the year.
Their relationship was revealed in 2020 after Wong who got pregnant for Lee went through a miscarriage, as it was reported
“After August, once we finish our work, we will get married at the end of the year,” said the former TVB actor. Lee is well known for his role as Jade Emperor in the television series Journey To The West (1996) and its sequel Journey To The West 2 (1998).
“As long as both of us are happy, that’s all that matters. My fiancee's parents have also given their blessings,” he said. He added that the wedding ceremony will be low-key as he and Wong are not keen on events that are too grand.
The Hong Kong actor made it known in March that he had transferred seven of his properties to Wong to make her future secured after their marriage.
Both who have similar interests are getting stronger and more stable in their relationship in spite of a huge age gap between them.
