Hong Kong - A man was brutally attacked in Argyle Street, Mong Kok last night. The incident occurred at about 6:42 pm. The police received a report from a male victim, stating that he was attacked by two non-Chinese assailants with sharp weapons. The injured person was found lying on the ground at the junction of Nathan Road and Argyle Street, near Exit C1 of Mong Kok MTR Station.
Rescuers rushed to the scene after receiving the report, gave first aid to the injured, and then sent him to Kwong Wah Hospital for treatment. There was blood in the area and a beer can was found nearby.
The motive behind the attack is unclear and police are actively investigating the incident. Hong Kong's bustling district of Mong Kok has seen sporadic violence in the past, so law enforcement authorities must quickly arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
