Hong Kong teenager was arrested for allegedly trafficking HK$3 million worth of crack cocaine and ketamine

Hong Kong customs have captured a teenager for allegedly trafficking HK$3 million worth of suspected crack cocaine and ketamine.


The spokesperson for the Customs and Excise Department said on Friday that a 17-year-old man was searched while the officers were on duty near Cheung Sha Wan on Wednesday and found with him 4 grams of suspected crack cocaine.


After a further search, officers arrested and took him to where he resides for further investigation.


At his residence, officers found 5.5kg of suspected ketamine, 10 grams of suspected crack cocaine and drug packaging tools that was estimated to worth HK$3 million, police said.


The suspect told the customs he was unemployed and they suspected that his residence was being used for storage of drugs and distribution.


Trafficking of dangerous drug in Hong Kong according to the law is punishable by up to life in prison and a HK$5 million fine.





香港青少年涉嫌販運價值300萬港元的強效可卡因和氯胺酮被捕



香港警方逮捕了一名涉嫌非法交易價值 300 萬港元的疑似強效可卡因和氯胺酮的青少年。


香港海關發言人週五表示,週三,海關人員在長沙灣附近執勤時搜查了一名 17 歲男子,並在他身上發現了 4 克懷疑強效可卡因。


經進一步搜查,警方將其逮捕並帶回住處接受進一步調查。


警方稱,警方在其住處發現5.5公斤懷疑氯胺酮、10克懷疑強效可卡因以及估計價值300萬港元的毒品包裝工具。


嫌犯告訴海關他失業了


他們懷疑該住宅被用作毒品儲存和分銷中心,毒品將供應到西九龍地區。


根據法律,在香港販運危險藥物最高可判處終身監禁及罰款500萬港元。
