MTR restarts its in-town check-in service and steps up the Airport Express train arrival intervals

The MTR Corporation has said in its press release that the Airport Express will fully return to the pre-Covid schedule, stepping up the train service from the interval of 10-15 minutes arrival period to 10 minutes, starting today(July 5th) to support the recovery of aviation and tourism industries in the city.

Moreover, the Corporation said that its in-town check-in service will be restarted for Airport Express passengers, on the same day. The service will only be rendered by the Cathay Pacific from 6 am- 3 am at the Hong Kong station.

In addition, to mark the Silver Jubilee anniversary of running the Airport Express Line, this year,  the Corporation will be giving away 75,000 Airport Express single journey tickets worth a total of HK$ 8 million. The free tickets will be given free through MTR Mobile on a first-come, first-serviced basis on three Tuesdays this month, with 25,000 tickets handout on each day. It starts on the 11th of July.

港鐵公司在新聞稿中表示，機場快線將於今日（7月5日）起全面恢復至疫情前的班次，將列車服務由10至15分鐘到站時間增加至10分鐘一班，以支持 該市航空和旅遊業復甦。

此外，該公司表示，將於同日恢復機場快線乘客的市區值機服務。 該服務僅由國泰航空於早上 6 點至凌晨 3 點在香港站提供。

此外，為慶祝機場快線運營銀禧週年，公司今年將送出75,000張機場快線單程車票，總價值800萬港元。 免費門票將於本月三個星期二透過MTR Mobile以先到先得的方式免費派發，每天派發25,000張。 事情從7月11日開始。
