In an incident that occurred at 8:28 this morning, law enforcement officers received a report that a man was involved in an incident on Tzat Tsz Mui Road in North Point. The man suddenly took off all his clothes, leaving only T-shaped underwear, confusing both the store clerk and customers. The man then took three bottles of water and left the premises calmly.

Law enforcement officers quickly arrived at the scene and arrested the man for questioning. Convenience store staff confirmed they would not pursue any charges related to the incident. The authorities classified the case as a "suspected mental disorder patient" and sent him to a medical institution for examination.

Video footage circulating on social media showed the man wearing only a thong, wandering near Ma Po Road and Kin Hang Street. People saw him holding the street sign pole with both hands, shaking his body, lowering his head from time to time, and looking around in a strange way. His actions left onlookers confused and unable to understand his actions.
