On February 22, 2025, at approximately 5:36 PM, a taxi lost control while traveling along Au Pui Wan Street in Fo Tan, near the Mecco Industrial Building. The vehicle collided with a private car and subsequently crashed onto a flower bed.
Witnesses, concerned that the driver might be trapped, quickly rushed to the scene to offer assistance and report the incident. Fortunately, rescue teams arrived promptly and were able to extricate the driver, who emerged from the incident without any injuries. Investigations into the cause of the accident are currently underway.
