HK$800,000 valuables items were reported stolen from a detached 5-storey house at Bisney Gardens, 25-27 Bisney Road, Pok Fu Lam yesterday night at around 8 pm.

The burglary incident was revealed after the security guard checked CCTV and discovered the two men on the roof of the house who were acting suspiciously.

The case was reported to the police by a man who is a tenant in the building, saying that there were signs of robbery in his apartment. Police arrived at the scene after a short period and a thorough investigation showed that the valuable items including watches, handbags and jewellery had been stolen.

It was reported that the occupants of the unit were at home when the burglars intruded and took away their belongings unaware.

The case is being handled by the Western District crime unit. However, the investigation is ongoing and no arrests were made yet. The police are still hunting for the two burglars.
