The emergency services arrived at Shek Kwu Chau on Tuesday( 31st of October, 2023) morning after thirteen suspected irregular migrants called the police and said to be helpless on the outlying island of Hong Kong.
"We received an emergency call from a Bangladeshi man at around 8 am this morning saying they were stranded on an island with no food or water", police said.
Marine police officers, firefighters and the Government Flying Services helicopter were sent to the destination to assist with the rescue.
The investigation is on going to find out how the thirteen men got Island.
Today's case is the sixth times within a couple of months that such incident will come up.
Hong Kong forces have recently intercepted 104 suspected illegal immigrants.

週二（2023年10月31日）上午，13名疑似非正規移民報警，表示他們在香港離島無助，緊急救援人員抵達石鼓洲。
警方表示：“今天早上 8 點左右，我們接到一名孟加拉國男子打來的緊急電話，稱他們被困在一個島上，沒有食物或水。”
海警、消防員和政府飛行服務隊直升機被派往目的地協助救援。
調查將查明這十三名男子是如何到達那裡的。
今天的案件是幾個月內第六次發生此類事件。
當局最近截獲了 104 名涉嫌非法移民。
