Fire engulfs the under-construction building in TST

A now under-construction site that used to be Mariner's Club building at Middle road, Tsim Sha Shui was engulfed in a big flame on Thursday night. The flame outbreak source which is yet unknown could be seen lightening up the city's skyline. The blaze was graded at number 3 on Fire Services Department fire point scale.

The bamboo scaffolding and netting fabrics that surround the building caught up in a blaze and the debris that remained were flowing around the surrounding. The explosion of burning materials on some floors was heard at a time.

There were two injured people, said to be motorists and have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The popular building that is known as Chung King mansion on Nathan road also caught fire but the flames were put off on time.

The property developer, Empire Group Holdings is known to be building this  340,000 square feet of 42-storey and 500 rooms Hotel which will be in combination with the historic Mariner's Club.

有兩人受傷，據稱是駕車者，已被送往附近醫院接受治療。 彌敦道著名的重慶大廈也發生火災，但火勢被及時撲滅。

眾所周知，房地產開發商 Empire Group Holdings 將建造這座佔地 340,000 平方英尺、樓高 42 層、擁有 500 間客房的酒店，該酒店將與歷史悠久的 Mariner's Club 結合在一起。
