Registration begins for the lucky draw to win 27,000 free flight tickets to 26 countries

The campaign launched by the Airport Authority to boost the economy after the Covid19 pandemic began with the registration of a lucky draw for more than 27,000 free round-trip economy air tickets to 26 countries. This is a part of the program called "World of Winners" which is meant to give out 80,000 free flight tickets to Hong Kong residents and 500,000 to tourists.
The 27,314 round-trip tickets to 46 destinations in 26 countries in the draw that opens on the 24th, of April until the 30th of this month will be given out to lucky winners by the flagship carrier,
Cathay Airlines. These 26 countries are USA, Canada, UK, Japan, South Korea France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
Moreover, any winner that buys economy flight tickets for other two or three adult companions at a time between the period, 15th of May and the 10th of June, would be given a reduction each of 200 yuan for international short-haul flights from Hong Kong to Asian destinations and 400 yuan for long-haul flights. However, the flight date from Hong Kong must fall between the 15th of May and February 10th of February, 2024 to enjoy this offer.
The participants must be at least 18 years old and can be from any country around the world but must become a Cathay members to receive the tickets. They can only submit their information once and after which can not be changed.
Those who win free tickets will be notified through email on 3rd of May. The tickets will exclude taxes and surcharges.
